A silicon nitride powder containing: a silicon nitride component having an α-transformation ratio of 90.0% or more; and at least one selected from the group consisting of a chromium-containing component and a nickel-containing component. The silicon nitride powder satisfies one or both of the following: the content of the chromium-containing component in terms of Cr equivalent is 50-250 μg/g, and the content of the nickel-containing component in terms of Ni equivalent is 5-60 μg/g.
L'invention concerne une poudre de nitrure de silicium contenant : un composant de nitrure de silicium ayant un rapport de transformation alpha égal ou supérieur à 90,0 % ; et au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par un composant contenant du chrome et un composant contenant du nickel. La poudre de nitrure de silicium satisfait l'un ou les deux des éléments suivants : la teneur en composant contenant du chrome en termes d'équivalent Cr est de 50 à 250 μg/g, et la teneur en composant contenant du nickel en termes d'équivalent Ni est de 5 à 60 μg/g.
窒化ケイ素粉末は、α化率が９０．０％以上である窒化ケイ素成分と、クロム含有成分及びニッケル含有成分からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つと、を含む。窒化ケイ素粉末は、クロム含有成分のＣｒ換算の含有量が５０～２５０μｇ／ｇであること、及び、ニッケル含有成分のＮｉ換算の含有量が５～６０μｇ／ｇであること、の一方又は両方を満たす。
