Proposed Ohio Federal-Aid Project S-Su-229(2), Licking County Road 311
The project begins at State Route 79 at the intersection of Hebron Road and Parkview Drive and extends easterly on a new location approximately 1.8 miles to its termination on existing County Road 311. The typical section for this project consists of a 24-foot wide asphalt pavement on an aggregate sub-base. A public hearing was held at which no controversial issues were raised, all the residents desired early completion of the project. Only two residences will be removed by the proposed construction.
