State Highway 352, From Parry Avenue to Hatcher Street, Dallas County, Texas

The proposed project consists of the construction of a major thoroughfare type street, consisting of two three-lane roadways separated by a median. The future land use along the project is expected to reamin as is, however, this project is being developed in conjunction with the city of Dallas Park Department's expansion plans for Fair Park. Improvements to be taken are 25 single family dwellings, 35 duplexes, 20 apartment complexes and 33 business buildings. The displacements and the temporary increase in noise, dust, and inconvenience to traffic during construction cannot be avoided if the project is to be implemented.
