A view of Olde Rochesterville, a complex of renovated 19th century buildings, as seen looking northeast from Crossroads Park. The Andrews Street Bridge is in the foreground. Between 1984 and 1986 Wilmorite, Inc. worked with the city of Rochester to develop a group of late 1800s-era buildings into modern housing and commercial facilities. This 15 million dollar project involved nine buildings bounded by the Inner Loop, Genesee River, Andrews Street and Water Street. The renovated buildings became collectively known as Olde Rochesterville.
