The grouping of reddish brick buildings in the center is known as Olde Rochesterville. These buildings on Water Street were constructed in the 1800s as commercial facilities. They were renovated in the 1980s as part of a housing and retail development project. The large brownish building with several small balconies houses the Plaza Apartments and is located on St. Paul Street. The tower of St. Joseph's is visible along the skyline on the left.
