In the bachelor final work, 17,89 m width and 78,24 m length single-storey trade warehouse is being designed. 11,94 m width and 18,5 m length two-storeyed adminisitrative part of the building is being blocked besides. The site, in which the building is going to be built takes 8118 m2 area. Arrangement of the site is planned by the laws of Lithuanian Republic. Positioning of the rooms and the main entrances is adapted so that disabled people could easily move around. In this final work, jobs, environmental safety requirements, fundamental building requirements are being discussed. According to the Lithuanian codes STR, load bearing structures are being designed. Trusses, made of rectangular steel pipes, and trusses, made of round steel pipes are being compared economically. Technological card of the cheaper truss, in which the time of planned jobs is reflected, is being made. Furthermore, reinforced concrete column and steel beam of the roof is being designed. Bachelor‘s final work consists of five chapters: juridical; architectural; constructional; technological, organizational, ecomical; jobs environmental safety requirements.
