It is noted that multiplying cadastral measurements of the volume of work, the number of errors in them also has not declined. In this work was trying to explain the reasons for and what kind of mistakes have caused the rejection of cases. The most common mistake is carelessness, lack of diligence - an incomplete adresses of plots, no calls for adjacent plots owners for the participation in measuring land area, mismatch of restrictions on areas. The average of rejected cases in past four years is about 15 percent. Subject of this work - cases of land cadastrial measurements. The goal - to carry out land cadastrial data cases at qualitative study at Pakruojis district. Objectives: 1. To analyze forming principles of the land cadastrial data cases. 2. To identify the number of checked cadastral cases in Pakruojis district. 3. To identify the most common mistakes committed by land cadastral measurements.
