ŽEMĖS SKLYPŲ KADASTRO DUOMENŲ NUSTATYMO PROBLEMOS ; DETERMINING PROBLEMS ON LAND PARCELS CADASTRAL DATA
The literature analysis of the final thesis discusses aims, tasks of land reforms carried out since the 16th century and the works performed on land. Most attention is paid to the land reform performed in 1991 after the restoration of Lithuanian independence. Due to a hasty performance of the reform, inaccuracy of measuring instruments, poor quality of performance of works, lack of specialists and irresponsibility, part of preliminary plans does not correspond reality. Today land surveyors carry out cadastral measurements based on parcel plans drawn up during the land reform. The project (analytical) part analyses problems occurring during determining of cadastral data of parcels and ways of their solution. For the parcel project No. 75-1 and No. 75-2 discrepancies of boundaries turning points and configuration have been recorded. For the parcel project No. 21-1, the legal area of which is 0.15 ha, an excess area of 0.0402 ha has been established during the measurements. As no entry to the parcel project No. 282 had been provided in the land-use project, a road easement has been proposed during the cadastral measurements. The parcel plan of parcel project No. 5 and No. 5-1 did not comply with the configuration of the original parcel formed by the land reform project; however the territorial branch of National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture approved the drafted plan. During carrying out of cadastral measurements in the parcel project No. 362, in accordance with the plan approved by the order No. 20VĮ-1868-(14.20.2.) of the Manager of Marijampolė, Kazlų Rūda and Kalvarija branch of NLS under the Ministry of Agriculture of 18.11.2015, that is equitable to a land-use project, the boundaries of the parcel cross the boundaries of the adjacent parcel. The territorial branch of NLS under the Ministry of Agriculture has been contacted concerning these parcels and the plans of parcels have been drawn and cadastral measurement files have been made according to the received orders. The thesis consists of 3 tables, 13 figures; the graphic part consists of 7 drawings. 23 literature sources are presented in the bibliography
