“Respublikos“ viešbučio konversija / ; Conversion of „Respublika” hotel.
The aim and the objectives is to prepare close environment detailed studies and concept visualizations of building concersion. To provide detailed solutions and offers \"Respublika\" project, taking into account the needs of society and the relationship with the environment. Methods: Analysed Naujamiestis current situation, created site management and construction concept. Familerized with Lithuanian and worlds similar projects. According to the construction of technical regulations and other legal documents, hotel \"Respublika\" is too close to the proposed buildings. Structure: Asesed the condition of the area. Once anelized current condition, conceptual suggestions have been created. The results: Drawings for Hotel Respublika were created (site plan, parking lot, building floor plans, building elevations solutions, building cut sections, foundations, floors, roof, plans, and the structural detailing parts). Also, the general view of the building (perspective), the interior and the overall image of the building layouts. Prepared project meets the goals set by the current situation and solve the problems. Working volume: Text part - the explanatory note to the text and technical drawings, illustrations and annexes; graphical part; layouts.
