In the practical part of this bachelor thesis analyzed prepared formation and rearrangement projects. Discussed problems encountered during the preparation of the projects, analyzed their solutions. Selected three different land plot formation and rearrangement projects. Today land plot formation and rearrangement projects are relevant topic. Land plot formation and rearrangement projects realization actions are restricted by various laws. The most important law is Land plot formation and rearrangement projects preparing and realization rules. The main goal of this bachelor thesis -To analyze the problems in preparation of formation and rearrangement projects. The tasks of this bachelor thesis - To analyze and summarize laws who regulates territory planning. To do land plot formation and rearrangement projects statistical analysis of Ukmergė district. To analyze land plot formation and rearrangement projects preparation. To analyze problems of land plot formation and rearrangement projects preparing and realization. Analysis of selected land plot formation and rearrangement projects found problems in these projects preparation: during cadastral measurement (before formation and rearrangement project) there were not provided possibility to get in the restructured land plot. Formation and rearrangement project organizer must provide access road to each land plot. Land plot formation and rearrangement project was in beginning, despite fact that in cadastral map it was drawn by preliminary measurements. In implementation of land plot formation and rearrangement project solutions, fixed coordinates and line lengths can’t vary. So formation and rearrangement project organizer must to specify restructured land plot area ant boundaries. During cadastral measurement there was found area deficiency. Formed new state land plot Deltuvos st. 41C, Ukmergė, which will be given to physical and juridical people to buy in auction. In restructured area started to preparing land plot formation and rearrangement project Deltuvos st. 41A, which goal was state land forming and joining with bordering land plot (cadastral NR. 8170/0006:43). National Land Service by Land Farm Ministry specialists decided to evaluate formation and rearrangement project by global extent, regardless to small town development opportunities.
