100 m long 35 m high building is designed to accommodate 371 patients on seven floors, each comprising eight four-bed rooms of 43.7 sq m, eight two-bed rooms of 23 sq m, and five one-bed rooms of 13.7 sq m; each floor has large bed terrace; roof sun deck is also provided; as hospital is intended for old chronically ill patients, form and layout of rooms was carefully designed to suit their mentality; floor plans are included.
