New design is proposed wherein no ramps are provided at point of crossing of two freeways; control of traffic by metering and surveillance is discussed; terracing where right-of-way is limited, as along rivers, is proposed; joint freeway and housing projects are discussed and advocated to lessen objections due to tenant relocation; caution is recommended for reverse flow roadways and rail transit in median.
