Parking space and access ramps are combined in spiral floor of six-story Los Angeles garage being built for General Petroleum Corp; floor, which is continuous from story to story, is about 60 ft wide, to provide two-way traffic lane 20-ft wide in center, and 20-ft space at either side for parking; design allows for parking 500 cars on 145×152 ft lot; earthquake conditions have been considered in structure.
