Design and construction of new road bridge over River Tisa at Titel; bridge has central span of 505 ft 3 in. and is said to be largest prestressed concrete span constructed; structural system is continuous beam strengthened by slender arch; structure is supported on existing piers which had previously supported steel bridge.
