31.43 m wide, 20 cm thick reinforced concrete suspended deck will carry 2 roadways, each 7.30 m wide, 2 pedestrian walks, each 1.83 m wide, and 2 bicycle paths, each 2.75 m wide; founding and construction of towers and deck; anticorrosion protection, spinning, and prestressing of cables.
