Sewer line in Houston, Tex was successfully installed by boring horizontal hole and pulling 18-in. concrete pipe into it; method of construction was to sink 4×16 ft shafts about 88 ft on centers along route of sewer; job done in record time; exfiltration leakage test carried out.
