15.1 m high 61. 4 m in diam cylindrical main building is topped by 20.4 m high funnel-shaped roof and 27.0 m high 10.2 m in diam cylindrical tower; skeleton of structure consists of 16 radially arranged reinforced concrete beams which form pyramid frustum; beams extend along tower side, forming sixteen 20 m high 3.6 m wide stained glass windows; beams extend further for 16 m into decorative pinnacles forming 16-prong crown; basement houses circular garage connected with main building by stairs and elevators.
