Tinsley viaduct in England will carry Aston-Sheffield-Leeds highway on top and all-purpose trunk road on lower deck; viaduct consists of 20 spans generally using unit span of 163 ft 4 in. with some nonstandard spans of 93 ft; structure consists of 2 stiff plane frames carrying prefabricated cross members and cantilevers which support roadways.
