Geologic survey of reservoir site on upper Rio Chagres, near Alhajuela, Canal Zone, for storage of flood water for use in Panama Canal for lockage, possible development of hydroelectric power, and to aid in avoiding disturbing currents in canal; geologists recommend that maximum water level be made 20 ft. lower than originally contemplated; leakage will find its way into Gatun Lake, where it is desired.
