Weathering behavior of glass fiber reinforced plastics in building construction
Experimental study of glass fiber reinforced polyester laminates containing varying amounts of acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate monomers; samples were exposed to natural weathering for 30 mo and to artificial weathering for 500 hr; laminates made of polyester resins modified with methyl methacrylate were shown to have relatively good weathering resistance as compared to other laminates.
