The zeta-potential of cement
Part III: The non-equilibrium double layer on cement
AbstractThe theory of the non-equilibrium double layer is applied to the interface between an oxidic material and an aqueous electrolyte. It is shown, that the theory also applies, when slow chemical reactions occur at the solid-liquid interface. The theory is applied to cement and the results are compared to equilibrium models.
