AbstractAn underground sewage treatment plant in Pec pod Sněžkou is the first facility of its kind to be designed and constructed in Czechoslovakia. The underground alternative was selected owing both to environmental concerns and the promising geology of the proposed site. In addition to discussing the design and construction of the plant, the author includes technical and economic data for the project.
RésuméUne usine souterraine de traitement des eaux usées à Pec Pod Sněžkou est la premiére expérience de ce genre á être conçue et construite en T chécoslovaquie. L'alternative souterraine fǔt choisie àcauses des risques de pollution de l'environment et encouragée par une géologie favorable du site proposé. En plus d'une discussion sur la conception et la construction de l'usine, l'auteur inclut des données techniques et économiques sur le projet.
