Built-in roller shutter driving device
A built-in roller shutter driving device, for driving a winding cylinder (1), wherein two ends of the winding cylinder (1) are pivotally connected to corresponding support frames (2) respectively, and one end of a shade cloth is fixed to an outer-side surface of the winding cylinder (1). The built-in roller shutter driving device comprises a driver (3) used to provide a rotation power and installed in the winding cylinder (1); a shaft (4) provided on the support frame (2) fixed to one end of the outer-side surface of the winding cylinder (1), and inserted into the winding cylinder (1); a gear pair (5) arranged between the driver (3) and the shaft (4), and used to perform power transmission. A housing (30) of the driver (3) is circumferentially fixed with respect to the winding cylinder (1). The gear pair (5) comprises a planet gear (50) disposed on an output shaft (32) of the driver (3) and a fixed gear (52) disposed on the shaft (4), wherein the fixed gear (52) is coaxial and stationary with respect to the winding cylinder (1). The planet gear (50) is driven by the output shaft (32) to rotate, while simultaneously revolving around the fixed gear (52). The built-in roller shutter driving device is provided with a gear pair (5) to transmit power. This simple structure achieves highly efficient and stable transmission. All components of the driving device are internally built in a winding cylinder (1), and the output shaft (32) of the driver (3) is not required to be coaxial with a central axis of the winding cylinder (1), thereby improving driver design and structural optimization.
