ORGANIC POLYMER ULTRA-LOW TEMPERATURE REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL FOR COAL AND ROCK MASS
Abstract The invention proposes an organic polymer ultra-low temperature reinforcement material for coal and rock mass, characterized in that: the reinforcement material is formed by mixing component A and component B according to a mass ratio of (2-3): (1-6), and based on 100 parts by weight, the component A consists of 26-60 parts of polyether polyol, 2-10 parts of crosslinking agent, 15-25 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of flame retardant, 0.5-2.5 parts of catalyst, 0.2-1.2 parts of defoamer, 3-8 parts of diethylene glycol and 28-40 parts of plasticizer; and the component B consists of 2-3 parts of foam stabilizer, 70-90 parts of mixture of isocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 10-18 parts of paraffin and 10-23 parts of antioxidant. The technical solution of the invention is mainly characterized by control of reaction temperature of an organic reinforcement material for coal and rock mass.
