The invention relates to the technical field of coal and rock mass reinforcement, in particular to a novel organic polymer double-liquid type grouting material for coal and rock mass reinforcement ina coal mine, which can improve the stability of coal and rock mass and reduce roof fall accidents in a coal mining process. The grouting material is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises an additive, combined polyol and an ether high-molecular compound; the component B is prepared from a polymethylene polyester high-molecular compound; the additives comprise a reinforcing agent, an expanding agent, a flame retardant, a catalyst and a stabilizer; the component A and the component B are injected into broken coal and rock mass through the special pneumaticgrouting pump and a mixing gun to quickly generate chemical reaction, and are cemented and cured with the coal and rock mass to generate a high-strength expansion consolidated body, so that the purpose of reinforcement or plugging can be achieved, the stability of the coal and rock mass can be improved in the coal mining process, and roof failure accidents are reduced.
