An actuator (100), comprising: a housing (1), a driving member, a first cable (41) and a second cable (42), the housing (1) being provided with a cable outlet (112), and the driving member being arranged in the housing (1); and an output rotation member (3), wherein the output rotation member (3) fits with the driving member and is driven by the driving member to rotate forwards and reversely; the output rotation member (3) is provided with a fitting portion; a first end of the first cable (41) and a first end of the second cable (42) fit with the fitting portion, and a second end of the first cable (41) and a second end of the second cable (42) extend out of the housing (1) from the cable outlet (112); and when the output rotation member (3) rotates forward, the first cable (41) is driven to move by means of the fitting portion, and when the output rotation member (3) rotates reversely, the second cable (42) is driven to move by means of the fitting portion.
