The invention discloses an actuator, a door lock assembly and a vehicle, and the actuator comprises a housing which is provided with a wire outlet; the driving piece is arranged in the shell; the output rotating piece is matched with the driving piece so as to be driven by the driving piece to rotate forwards or reversely, and the output rotating piece is provided with a matching part; the first end of the first cable and the first end of the second cable are matched to the matching part respectively, the second end of the first cable and the second end of the second cable extend out of the shell from the cable outlet respectively, and when the output rotating piece rotates forwards, the first cable is driven to move through the matching part; and the output rotating piece drives the second cable to move through the matching part when rotating reversely. According to the actuator, the output rotating part can be driven by the driving part to rotate forwards or backwards, so that one of the first cable and the second cable moves, the other cable keeps stable, different functions are achieved, the number of parts is reduced, the structure of the actuator is simplified, and the miniaturization design of the actuator is achieved.
