HEAT EXCHANGE PANEL OF A HEAT REGULATING DEVICE
The invention relates to the field of thermal engineering and can be used for indoor heating. A heat exchange panel of a heat regulating device comprises a flattened base made of a low heat conductivity polymer material and having two opposing flat functional sides joined along their outside edges to narrow lateral sides. One of said functional sides has grooves with channels for receiving piping elements of a heat exchange loop. A heat exchange coating is made of a high heat conductivity material and is arranged on the surface of the grooved functional side of the base so as to cover both the flat surface thereof and the surfaces of the channel cavities. Said heat exchange coating is made of foil and is adhesively bonded to the surface of the functional side of the base. The technical result is an increase in the thermal stability of the heat exchange panel structure across a wide range of temperatures.
L'invention se rapporte au domaine du génie thermique et peut être utilisée pour le chauffage de bâtiments. Ce panneau échangeur de chaleur de dispositif de thermorégulation comprend une base aplatie faite d'un matériau polymère à faible conduction thermique avec deux côtés fonctionnels plans opposés, qui sont reliés sur le pourtour à des côtés latéraux étroits. Un des côtés fonctionnels comprend des gorges avec des canaux pour y placer des éléments de conduites du circuit d'échange de chaleur. Un revêtement d'échange de chaleur fait d'un matériau à conduction thermique élevée est disposé sur la surface du côté fonctionnel de la base comportant des gorges de manière à recouvrir sa surface plane ainsi que la surface de la cavité des canaux. Ce revêtement d'échange de chaleur est fait d'une feuille métallique et est relié à la surface du côté fonctionnel de la base par une connexion adhésive. Le résultat technique consiste en une augmentation de la stabilité thermique de la structure du panneau d'échange de chaleur dans une plage étendue de températures.
