The invention discloses a large-scale integrated mechanized water handling mode after direct sowing of rice. The mode comprises the processes as follows: seed channels, water-handling channels and a high-yield channel are formed in soil by virtue of a rice direct seeder in the seeding process; seeds are evenly seeded into the seed channels; a transverse channel is mechanically excavated by virtue of a small trenching mechanism; the seed channels, the water-handling channels and the high-yield channel are respectively communicated with the transverse channel; and the transverse channel penetrates through a ridge and is communicated with a drainage channel.
