Porcelain pot and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a porcelain pot which comprises a pot main body and a composite ceramic layer arranged in the pot main body, wherein a plurality of convex hulls are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom of the composite ceramic layer at intervals, the material of the composite ceramic layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 35 parts of zirconium oxide, 50 to 70 parts of aluminium oxide, 2 to 15 parts of cerium oxide, 5 to 10 parts of copper oxide, 4 to 12 parts of steel fiber, 1 to 5 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 2 to 6 parts of zinc sulfate, 2 to 6 parts of zinc chloride, 2 to 6 parts of sodium silicate, 2 to 6 parts of sodium metaaluminate, 0.5 to 1.5 part of silicon carbide, 0.5 to 1.5 part of iron sesquioxide, and 20 to 30 parts of deionized water. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the porcelain pot. According to the pot provided by the invention, the steel fiber with a Ni-p alloy coating is added into the composite ceramic layer, and the Ni-p alloy coating is of hyperphosphate amorphous microstructure taking Ni3P as a matrix, and has a better dispersion strengthening effect. Therefore, the binding strength of the steel fiber and the ceramic material is enhanced, and the hardness of the composite ceramic layer is improved.
