The invention relates to the technical field of coating, in particular to soft porcelain and a preparation method thereof. The soft porcelain is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of Portland cement, 50-70 parts of quartz sand, 10-30 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 2-8 parts of emulsion, 0.5-6 parts of flame retardant and 2-5 parts of curing agent. By adding the curing agent, water evaporation is accelerated in the early stage of soft porcelain production, emulsion film-forming curing is prevented, the water evaporation time is shortened, film-forming curing of the emulsion is accelerated in the later baking process, and the curing agent has important significance in shortening the overall production time of the soft porcelain.
本发明涉及涂装技术领域，尤其涉及一种软瓷极其制备方法。所述软瓷由以下重量份的组分组成：硅酸盐水泥5‑15份、石英砂50‑70份、重钙10‑30份、乳液2‑8份、阻燃剂0.5‑6份、固化剂2‑5份。通过加入固化剂，在软瓷生产前期加快水分蒸发而阻止乳液成膜固化，缩短水分蒸发的时间，在后期的烘烤过程中加速乳液的成膜固化，对缩短软瓷整体生产时间具有重要意义。
