Roughening solution and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a roughening solution. The roughening solution comprises a mother solution and powder, wherein the mother solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 89%-94.7% of an organic solvent, 3%-5% of a binder, 2%-5% of a plasticizer and 0.3%-1% of a dispersant; and the powder comprises zirconium oxide powder and aluminum oxide powder. The roughening solution provided by the invention comprises the mother solution and the powder, and after a zirconium oxide tube is roughened by the roughening solution, the bonding strength between a zirconium oxide matrix and a protection layer can be improved and the thermal shock resistance is improved. In addition, the roughening solution provided by the invention has no corrosiveness and no volatility, causes relatively little harm to human bodies and an environment, and further has environment-friendly significance. Experimental results show that, after the zirconium oxide matrix is roughened by the roughening solution provided by the invention, the protection layer is subjected to plasma spraying, so that the binding between the zirconium oxide matrix after roughening and the protection layer is relatively good and the bonding strength is relatively high. The invention further provides a preparation method of the roughening solution, and the preparation method is simple and easy to realize industrialization.

The invention provides a roughening solution.
