Heightening and leveling device for laying floating road bed
The invention discloses a heightening and leveling device for laying a floating road bed. The traditional vibration isolator cannot meet the height and smoothness requirement of the floor. The heightening and leveling device comprises an inner sleeve, a spring, an outer sleeve, a retainer ring and a liner plate, wherein the inner sleeve is fixed on a substrate through an anchor bolt device; the upper end of the inner sleeve is arranged on the top of the outer sleeve in a rotating manner, and the lower end of the inner sleeve penetrates into the outer sleeve; the spring is arranged inside the outer sleeve and connected with the inner sleeve through an anchoring device; the retainer ring is fixedly buckled between the lower part of the spring and the inner wall of the outer sleeve; the liner plate is arranged between the inner sleeve and the substrate. The spring in the inner sleeve is connected with the inner sleeve through the anchoring device, so that the relative displacement of the spring and the inner sleeve caused by the stress on the spring can be reduced, and the integrality of the vibration isolator can be improved. When the heightening and leveling device is arranged on an uneven floor, the liner plate is arranged between a vibration isolation system and the substrate, the levelness of the vibration isolation system is guaranteed, the threaded connection of the inner and outer sleeves guarantees the height of the vibration isolation system, and the heightening and leveling purpose can be realized.
