The invention discloses a ship lift chamber lifting-guide wheel device. The ship lift chamber lifting-guide wheel device comprises a machine frame (1) and a movable support (2); the machine frame (1) is fixed on a ship lift chamber (3); the front of the machine frame (1) is provided with a machine frame guide pipe (14); the front end of the movable support (2) is provided with a movable support guide pipe (21) relative to the machine frame guide pipe (14); a disc spring (10) is arranged in the movable support guide pipe (21); the movable support guide pipe (21) is sieved by the machine frame guide pipe (14), and the machine frame guide pipe (14) is capable of sliding via expanding and contracting of the disc spring (10); the back end of the movable support (2) is connected with a guide wheel (5); the guide wheel (5) is arranged between two machine frame guide plates (17) via a shaft (8), therein the two machine frame guide plates (17) are arranged at the back side of the machine frame (1) parallelly and vertically; the machine frame guide plates (17) are provided with recess holes (7) used for sliding of the shaft (8). The ship lift chamber lifting-guide wheel device is capable of avoiding collision of the ship lift chamber with civil engineering structures, buffering extrusion between lifting-guide wheels with guide rails, and improving smoothness and stationary of lifting operation of the ship lift chamber.
