Excavator hydraulic pump control loop and control method thereof
The invention discloses an excavator hydraulic pump control loop and a control method thereof. The excavator hydraulic pump control loop comprises a first variable pump, a second variable pump, a first and second variable pump adjusting mechanism, a first proportional pressure reducing valve, a second proportional pressure reducing valve, a first electromagnetic switching valve, a pump I and pump II outlet pressure sensor, a control lever pressure sensor, a movable arm cylinder displacement sensor, a bucket arm cylinder displacement sensor, a bucket cylinder displacement sensor, a rotation speed sensor and a controller; the control method of the loop comprises the steps of detecting the working condition type of a diesel engine by the control lever pressure sensor and the rotation speed sensor, controlling the displacement of the first and second variable pumps by the second proportional pressure reducing valve and the first electromagnetic switching valve, so as to realize the stable work of the diesel engine under the state close to a low idling state. By utilizing the excavator hydraulic pump control loop and control method thereof disclosed by the invention, the adaptive capacity of low speed in the diesel engine is improved and the energy loss during overflow of a working device is reduced.
