Excavator hydraulic control loop and control method
The invention provides an excavator hydraulic control loop and a control method, and relates to the technical field of excavators. The excavator hydraulic control loop comprises a manual control valveset, a remote control valve set, a shuttle valve assembly, a remote control assembly, a pilot pump and an execution oil cylinder assembly. When a driver opens the manual control valve seat through anoperation hand rod, pilot oil pumped out by the pilot pump can sequentially pass through the manual control valve set and the shuttle valve assembly to enter the execution oil cylinder assembly. Whenthe driver opens the remote control valve set through the remote control assembly, the pilot oil can sequentially pass through the remote control valve set and the shuttle valve assembly to enter theexecution oil cylinder assembly. The two control manners of operation hand rod control and remote control assembly control are achieved, the remote control valve set and the shuttle valve assembly only need to be additionally arranged on the original excavator loop, the overall structure is simple, and implementation is easy. Through the characteristics of a shuttle valve, operation hand rod control and remote control can be freely switched, no complex electric control system need to be added, the structure is simple, and use is convenient.
