The invention discloses an ordinary silicate cement foaming and heat-insulating plate additive. The additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 10-30 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 3-6 parts of a quick coagulating agent, 1-5 parts of sodium nitrate, 0.5-4 parts of lithium carbonate, 20-40 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 10-30 parts of silica fume, 1.0-7.0 parts of an efficient water reducing agent and 0.3-3.0 parts of an organic early strength agent. By virtue of the ordinary silicate cement foaming and heat-insulating plate additive, the heat insulating performance of the foamed cement heat-insulating plate is greatly improved; the self weight is reduced; the safety of the foamed cement heat-insulating plate mounted on the wall is solved; the foamed cement heat-insulating plate is environmentally friendly and economical; the risk of slumping material can be reduced; the early strength is improved; the turnover rate of a grinding tool is increased; the loss of the raw materials is reduced.
