Refractory binding mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a refractory binding mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-16 parts of silicon carbide particle, 80-100 parts of slaty alundum powder, 60-70 parts of meerschaum, 20-30 parts of oyster shell, 3-5 parts of chitosan, a right amount of water, 20-25 parts of assistant, 140-150 parts of cement, 3-4 parts of polyoxyethylene, 1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 3-4 parts of guar gum and 140-160 parts of yellow sand. The silicon carbide particle and slaty alundum powder are utilized to enhance the fire resistance and water resistance of the mortar. The ground and pulverized meerschaum is utilized to improve the thixotropy, antisettling property, storage stability and pumpability of the mortar, so that the mortar is simple and quick for construction and has the advantages of high binding strength after being dried and high building safety. The assistant is utilized to enhance the compression resistance and folding strength of the mortar and improve the workability, anti-sagging property, thixotropy and antisettling property.
