Refractory mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides refractory mortar. The refractory mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of corundum fine powder; 5-25 parts of alumina micro powder; 0-15parts of quartz powder; 0-15 parts of kyanite fine powder; 0-10 parts of clay; 0-2 parts of a plasticizer; 1-5 parts of a preservative; and 5-20 parts of a binding agent. The invention also provides apreparation method of the refractory mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing the corundum fine powder, the alumina micro powder, the quartz powder, the clay, the kyanite fine powder, the plasticizer and the preservative; (2) adding the binding agent, uniformly mixing, and ageing to obtain refractory mortar; and (3) sub-packaging the refractory mortar,and sealing and storing the refractory mortar in a plastic barrel. The refractory mortar provided by the invention is good in use performance, can be stored for a long time and is convenient to construct on site.
