Ceramic foam curing and molding method
The invention discloses a ceramic foam curing and molding method. According to the ceramic foam curing and molding method, silica sol is used as a liquid phase for preparing ceramic slurry, wherein the ceramic slurry is mechanically stirred to generate bubbles; the ceramic foam can be quickly cured and molded by using the low-temperature gelatin principle of the silica sol; a cured and molded foamed ceramic body is easy to demould and can be directly heated, dried and sintered. The ceramic foam curing and molding method has the remarkable advantages of being simple to operate, easily controllable in process conditions, integral in structure of molded and dried blank bodies, free of shrinkage, free of deformation, high in product yield, short in production cycle and low in production cost.
