The invention relates to a three-dimensional self-avoiding lifting parking facility. The parking facility comprises a support frame placed on a bearing surface, and a bottom layer car table and an upper layer car table which are erected between the support frame; the parking facility further comprises a connecting rod type moving device arranged on the outer end side of the bottom layer car table, and a pitching extension and contraction connecting fitting of which one end is fixed on the support frame, wherein the other end of the pitching extension and contraction connecting fitting enables the upper layer car table to be hung above the bottom layer car table, and the bottom layer car table is hinged to one end of the connecting rod type moving device. The parking facility is simple in structure and is small in space usage.
