The invention discloses a moisture-proof sound-proof composite floor. The composite floor comprises a wooden floor body (2) and a second laminate (3), wherein the wooden floor body (2) is provided with positioning bosses (4); stress release grooves (13) are formed in 1/2 parts of the side faces of the wooden floor body (2); the second laminate (3) is provided with positioning holes (5); four corners of the second laminate (3) are provided with positioning blocks (6); the side faces of the second laminate (3) are also provided with storage grooves (11); active carbon compressed blocks (12) are arranged in the storage grooves (11). According to the moisture-proof sound-proof composite floor, indoor toxic gas, peculiar smell and moisture in wood boards can be adsorbed through a pumice material of the second laminate and the active carbon compressed block; the pumice material can be used for adsorbing noise and has an excellent sound isolation effect. The wooden floor body is provided with the stress release grooves, so the strain produced by water is also improved. Thus, the composite floor has the advantages of capability of cleaning air, good sound insulation effect and convenience in mounting and replacement, and has the beneficial effects of moisture-proof property and deformation suppression.
