The invention discloses moisture-proof solid wood floor. The moisture-proof solid wood floor comprises a face veneer, a core veneer and a back veneer, wherein the core veneer is formed by cascading a plurality of wood lathes by at least two connecting ropes which are arranged in the long side direction of the core veneer; and no adhesive is provided between the wood lathes or between the wood lathes and the connecting ropes. A manufacturing method for the moisture-proof solid wood floor comprises the following process: selecting the wood lathes with the same size from the waste wood lathes, and orderly arranging the selected wood lathes; cutting out grooves in the selected wood lathes by a rope penetrating machine; pressing the connecting ropes into the grooves while cutting out the grooves; and fixing the face veneer and the back veneer on the upper and the lower surfaces of the manufactured core veneer through adhesive respectively, and coating the four side surfaces of the manufactured solid wood floor with moisture-proof varnish. A ratio of the width of the grooves to the diameter of the connecting ropes is 1.7:2 to 2:2.5. According to the moisture-proof solid wood floor, the core veneer can be firmly fixed with the connecting ropes without adhesive, so that the wood lathes are not dispersed; manual adjustment is not required; extrusion with large force is not required; and when affected with moisture, the moisture-proof solid wood floor has certain redundancy and is moisture-resistant.
