The invention relates to novel moisture-proof floor. The novel moisture-proof floor comprises a floor body; an upper moisture-proof layer is arranged at the surface of the floor body, and a lower moisture-proof layer is arranged at the bottom of the floor body; a convex groove is formed in each of the surface and bottom of the floor body, a groove is formed in the bottom of the upper moisture-proof layer, and a groove is formed in the surface of the lower moisture-proof layer; after the grooves and convex grooves are matched fitly, hollow cavities remain at the joints. After using said structure, the two moisture-proof layers at the surface and bottom of the floor body prevent the outside water vapor entering the floor body, and meanwhile, because hollow cavities remain between the upper moisture-proof layer and the floor body and the lower moisture-proof layer and the floor body through contacting through the grooves and convex grooves, the floor has good air permeability, and the floor has good use performance and durable years even if being used for the South China.
