U-shaped helical gear-and-rack type directional coded antitheft lock
The invention provides a U-shaped helical gear-and-rack type directional coded antitheft lock. The antitheft lock is designed with a frame which is cuboid-shaped and hollow; the frame is firmly welded at 90 degrees with one end of a cross beam; the other end of the cross beam is clamped in the right upper end of a U-shaped ring and connected by use of a rotating pin so that the frame connected with the cross beam can be turned inwards; an upper fixed block, a lower fixed block and inner inserts are arranged in the frame; a plurality of through holes are formed in the upper fixed block; a plurality of rotatable helical gears are mounted on the inner inserts; one half face of each helical gear is provided with teeth, while the other half face of the helical gear is toothless; a hollow groove is formed between the inner inserts for the helical gears to escape; the helical gears correspond to helical racks in direction and are divided into left-handed gears and right-handed gears; a group of irregular digitals are formed on the toothless circumferential surface of the other half part of each helical gear; line marks are formed on the intermittent planes of through holes of the upper fixed block. The U-shaped helical gear-and-rack type directional coded antitheft lock is provided with changeable codes and a lock cylinder which does not need to be changed frequently; no key is needed and only locking codes and unlocking codes need to be remembered; the anti-theft lock is pickproof and sawing-resistant, and convenient, safe and reliable to use, and can be widely applied to non-motor vehicles.
