The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse culture and discloses a drainage system for a solar greenhouse. The solar greenhouse comprises a greenhouse body, a south wall and a north wall. The drainage system is arranged in the greenhouse body and comprises a capillary tube, a drainage ditch, a filter layer and a pervious layer. One end of the capillary tube is connected with the top of the greenhouse body, and the other end of the capillary tube is connected with the drainage ditch; the filter layer and the pervious layer are sequentially arranged beneath soil in the greenhouse body; and the drainage ditch is arranged below the pervious layer, and the water outlet of the drainage ditch extends out of the greenhouse body. The drainage system provided by the invention enables excess water in the solar greenhouse to be discharged out; the pervious layer and the filter layer are arranged at the same time; and the filter layer allows water in the soil to be filtered out, and all the filtered water enters the drainage ditch through the pervious layer and is then discharged out of the greenhouse body through the drainage ditch, thereby avoiding the loss of minerals in the soil.
