The invention relates to a greenhouse surface drainage system. The system comprises greenhouses which are connected together in sequence, wherein the roofs of the greenhouses are triangular; the two ends of the bottoms of the roofs are provided with drainage tanks; the drainage tanks are as long as the roofs; the width of an opening in the top end of each drainage tank is greater than the width of the bottom surface; a downward sunken drainage channel is formed in the center of the bottom surface of each drainage tank; a heating device is arranged in each drainage tank; the bottom of each drainage tank is provided with a thermal insulation structure which is matched with the bottom of the drainage tank; the bottom of the thermal insulation structure is provided with uniformly distributed drainage tank brackets; the bottoms of the drainage tank brackets are provided with lower stand columns. The heating devices are arranged in the drainage tanks, so manual control can be performed to heat at any time, functions of melting snow and draining at any time are realized, and the situation that snow water forms an ice layer in the drainage tanks is also prevented; the bottoms of the drainage tanks are provided with the thermal insulation structures, so the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouses is enhanced; the entire system has a simple structure, is convenient to operate and is particularly suitable for snow protection of the greenhouses at snowy places.
