The invention discloses a greenhouse drainage system and a construction method thereof.The greenhouse drainage system comprises a base and side wall drainage grooves, the base is internally provided with two U-shaped drainage grooves which are arranged at equal intervals, the two sides of each U-shaped drainage groove are each provided with three arc-shaped slopes with gradients, and the arc-shaped slopes are arranged in the side wall drainage grooves; u-shaped through holes are formed in the two ends of the U-shaped drainage groove, and U-shaped connecting pipes communicating with the U-shaped drainage groove are arranged in the U-shaped through holes. According to the greenhouse drainage system, the drainage system is arranged in the greenhouse, the check valves are arranged at the two ends of the U-shaped drainage groove in the drainage system, the phenomenon of water backflow can be prevented by controlling the check valves, water is accumulated by closing the check valves when the greenhouse is lack of water, and water can be supplied to crops in the greenhouse; meanwhile, water and soil loss in the greenhouse during drainage of the drainage system is prevented, and excessive soil is prevented from being taken away during drainage by arranging filter screens or fiber cloth in the seepage holes and the floor tile drainage holes.
