Masonry mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses masonry mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of potassium chloride, 2-4 parts of aluminium potassium sulfate, 2-3 parts of tri-isopropanolamine, 80-90 parts of furnace slags, 10-15 parts of carbonized rice hulls, 15-20 parts of bagasse, 10-15 parts of active carbon, 2-3 parts of titanium tetrachloride, 1-2 parts of glycerin monostearate, 2-3 parts of calcium citrate, a proper amount of water, 20-25 parts of an additive, 150-170 parts of cement, 220-240 parts of sand and 10-15 parts of a floating bead. The mortar disclosed by the invention is good in workability, good in physical and mechanical properties and water tolerance after being hardened, relatively high in toughness and applicable to construction of various places; by using the additive provided by the invention, the mortar is enhanced in compressive strength and rupture strength and improved in workability, sag resistance, thixotropy and precipitation resistance.
