The invention discloses masonry mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass based on the mass of the mortar as 100%: 40%-48% of a cementing material, 40%-48% of aggregate, 0.60%-0.72% of a water reducing agent and 11%-12% of water, the cementing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 52%-63% of high-titanium blast furnace slag, 16%-26% of steel slag, 15%-18% of desulfurized gypsum and 5%-6% of desulfurized fly ash, wherein the mass percentage of the high-titanium blast furnace slag is 100%; the desulfurized fly ash is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2.80%-2.90% of sulfur dioxide, 44.80%-44.90% of calcium oxide, 1.0%-1.1% of magnesium oxide, 0.9990%-1.001% of aluminum oxide, 0.93%-0.99% of ferrous oxide, 38.30%-38.40% of sulfur trioxide, 2.70%-2.73% of fluorine, 3.24%-3.28% of chlorine and the balance of trace elements with the total amount of 4.69%-5.24%. The method has the effect of preparing the cementing material by using the high-titanium blast furnace slag.
